Library Card
The Briarcliff Manor Public Library provides a menu of services allowing our patrons to use whatever is convenient for them at various times. It is quick to join your Library community!
Get A Library Card
A Briarcliff Manor Public Library card is one of the first things many new residents sign up for and one that long-time residents proudly carry with them.
Cardholders may check out items from any of the 38 libraries in the Westchester Library System and special order books and articles from academic libraries across the country.
A library card number and PIN (the last 4 digits of your phone number) will also give cardholders access to ebooks, video streaming, tutorials and, of course, an online account with which to order books and keep reading lists.
To sign up for a library card in person, bring a current ID or bill with your local address to the front desk at the Library. You can also sign up for a card online by filling out this form (please allow 10 days for staff to process online applications).
Those making our Library’s service area home temporarily are often eligible for temporary library cards and those who work in the community may also be eligible. Please come to the library with id and proof of employment for further information. If you are an Au Pair or an In-home Helper temporarily residing in the Village, please come into the library to pick up the paperwork necessary to apply for a card.
Lost library cards can be replaced for a fee of $2.00. Just stop in the Library with your ID and proof of address. Please notify the Library if your card is lost.
