Why can't I access my account from the Briarcliff Library homepage?
My Account is connected to the online catalog. With the current version of the online catalog, we are not able to provide a direct link to your account information from our homepage.

How do I find/access my account?
When you click on the Catalog, you will see "My Account" in the upper right corner of the page next to "Log In." To access "My Account" click on it and then enter your library card number and Pin number (which, unless you reset it, is the last four digits of the phone number in your library record).

What is "My Account" for?
When you log in to your account you can see your personal information, items currently checked out, items on hold and any outstanding fines. You can also renew items.

How will the library contact me when a reserved book, or hold, arrives? How do I select the method of contact that I prefer?
The library can contact you by telephone, email, or text message. The library can contact you in English or in Spanish. You may decide which method you want the libary to use. However, you must contact the library to set your preferred holds notification method. Stop by the circulation desk or call 941-7072.
